This exhibit proudly highlights the archival collections as well as the educational mission of the International Women’s Baseball Center to preserve, protect, and promote the many contributions of girls and women in baseball. Exhibit is accessible during Rockford Public Library Main Branch’s regular hours.
The IWBC is teaming up with our friends at Old Fort Baseball Co. in launching the Support Women’s Baseball campaign. From the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League to today’s rising stars, women have always had a place in the game. It’s time more people knew it. A portion of proceeds from every shirt sold goes directly to the IWBC and our mission to preserve the history and advance the future of women’s baseball. Mark your calendars! The seventh annual SABR/IWBC Women in Baseball Conference will be held virtually on September 19-21, 2025. This year’s conference — co-sponsored by SABR and the International Women’s Baseball Center and hosted by Rockford University — will be a virtual Zoom event.
